Polyurethane (PU)

Polyurethane's 3 specific materials - ether, ester and food-grade "crystal" - offer excellent flexibility and outstanding use in a wide range of applications, allowing for up to 50% space reduction when compared to semi-rigid PA tubing.

Size: 3 to 16 mm OD. - Temperature: -20°C to +70°C standard; PU Ester grades to +90°C on 4 to 12 mm. - Application: flexible polyurethane ester tubing with a small bending radius for confined spaces; available as twin tubing. - Media: compressed air; PU Ester grades also carry industrial water (without glycol, up to 40°C). - Pressure: 10⁻² millibar (vacuum) to 12 bar.
