Refund and Returns Policy

All of our Parker Hannifin pneumatic products are supported with a 5 year warranty. Providing they are correctly installed and protected by Parker filters, which are properly maintained. Our Enidine products are supported with a 1 year warranty. If any items are found to not withstand these warranties, we will gladly replace them. AGC and/or its suppliers obligation under these warranties is limited to the replacement or repair of any failed components and is not liable for any other costs or damages. T’s and C’s apply.

We will also accept returns and allow a partial refund for all incorrectly ordered and locally stocked items, within 30 days of purchase.

Granted it is part of our local stock profile, it is unused, it is in the same condition that you received it and in its original undamaged packaging.

All custom or special orders that requires AGC to import product from suppliers factories overseas, may not be returned under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to our; linear and rotary actuators, pneumatic valves, precision fluidics, fluid control, Sinclair Collins and Enidine shock & vibration isolation products. We also do not allow tubing off-cuts to be returned.

All returned items will incur a 20% handling fee unless AGC has incorrectly supplied an item, in which case, AGC will not charge a handling fee. In the event that AGC has incorrectly supplied an item, AGC bears no responsibility and will not be liable for any other damages or costs incurred, other than, the shipping of the incorrect item back to AGC and the correct item to customer.

How to return an item?

  • Please notify us of your intention to return a product before shipping it to us, by sending an email to orders@appliedgroup.co.za
  • Ship your product back to us at Unit 20, Wilge Business Park, Ridge Road, Laser Park, Gauteng, South Africa. (If AGC has incorrectly supplied an item – We will arrange the shipping)

Once we have received your returned item we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved your refund will be processed and you will receive a credit note from us. We will then either pass credit onto your account or return the money via your credit card or original method of payment. This is for your discretion.

If rejected AGC will not cover the shipping of the unit back to you.

Usually the refund process takes 3-5 days.
