Shipping and Delivery

Local Shipping

  • Shipping is free (CPT, The Courier Guy Economy) for all orders greater than R3000.00 (Ex Vat).
  • Orders less than R3000.00 (Ex Vat) are shipped on the same terms (CPT, Economy) for a standard fee of R200.00 (Ex Vat).
  • We deliver direct to your door if you are in a major South African town or city. If not, we ship to your closest “The Courier Guy” depot or “Pudo” locker.
  • Alternatively you are welcome to collect your order from our premises (see Collection below).
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, on request.

International Shipping

  • All international orders are currently Ex-Works only.

Collection

  • Collection Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00am – 16:30pm. Fri 8:00am – 15:00pm.

  • Collectors are required to possess the Purchase Order number or items will not be released to them.

Parker TNT Express Shipping

TNT Express shipping is an expedited shipping service offered by our supplier Parker Hannifin. TNT Express shipping is expedited shipping from the factory of origin directly to AGC’s Warehouse in Johannesburg. When utilising TNT Express the standard/economy shipping process is ignored and your goods are expedited for delivery. We can usually save 1 – 2 weeks on the delivery lead time, depending on where the products originate from.

Note: TNT Express shipping is only an expedited shipping service. We cannot improve on the manufacture lead time from factory. Delays at factory can affect the delivery lead time, however, by utilising TNT Express the goods will arrive sooner than if you do not. TNT Express can be added to an order but it is best to request pricing with RFQ.
