VSO Mini

Parker VSO Mini thermally compensated miniature proportional valves — precise, stable flow control up to 56 slpm with Series 11/25 style bodies, FKM or FFKM seals and orifices from 0,25 to 1,65 mm.
Size: 15 mm class bodies; orifices 0,25-1,65 mm; 4-pin PC-board mount with 3 mm barbs or wire leads.
Temperature: 0 °C to +50 °C.
Application: Precision gas flow control in analytical and medical instruments; thermally compensated for stable output.
Media: Clean dry non-reactive gases.
Pressure: Low differential pressure service (model dependent)
