Overview
Parker 48 Series hose fittings are no-skive Parkrimp™ crimp fittings: the hose is crimped straight onto the fitting without stripping the cover, using Parker Parkrimp crimpers and die sets. Each series is matched to specific Parker hose constructions — the approved hose and fitting combinations are listed in Catalogue 4400 — and is available in a full range of end configurations and sizes.
The 1EC48-24-24 is a Parker 48 Series Hose Fitting with a female BSPP swivel 60° cone (DKOR) end (1 1/2" BSP), 90° elbow, for size -24 hose, in steel. Crimped onto the matching Parker hose with Parkrimp equipment (see the hose/fitting table in Catalogue 4400).
Rated for maximum working pressure 300 bar — the assembly is rated by the lower of hose and fitting. Suitable for air, coolants (water-glycol), hydraulic fluids, mineral hydraulic oil and water.
