Overview
Parker 82 Series Push-Lok® fittings are push-on, field-attachable hose fittings for Parker Push-Lok multipurpose hoses (801, 804, 836 and the other Push-Lok constructions): the hose is pushed over the barb by hand and holds without clamps, ferrules or crimping, so assemblies are made on site with no tooling. The one-piece fittings are reusable and come in steel, brass and stainless steel in a wide range of end configurations. ORFS (O-ring face seal, ISO 8434-3 / SAE J1453) ends seal on an elastomer O-ring held in a flat face, giving a leak-free, vibration-resistant connection.
The 3J982-6-6C-SM is a Parker 82 Series Push-Lok Fitting with a female ORFS swivel end (3/8" (-6)), 90° elbow short drop, for size -6 hose, in stainless steel. Assembled by hand onto Push-Lok hose — no clamp or crimp.
