Overview
Parker ParLock® skive hose fittings are two-piece crimp fittings for Parker's high-pressure multispiral hoses. The hose cover (and, for some series, the inner tube) is skived back before assembly so the ferrule grips the wire reinforcement directly, giving maximum retention for heavy-duty, high-impulse applications. ORFS (O-ring face seal, ISO 8434-3 / SAE J1453) ends seal on an elastomer O-ring held in a flat face, giving a leak-free, vibration-resistant connection.
The KJCV4-16-12 is a Parker V4 Series Hose Nipple with a female ORFS swivel short end (1" (-16)) for size -12 hose, in steel. Supplied as the nipple only, without the crimp shell.
