The Parker Viking Lite valve range is robust, versatile, and combines high performance with compact installation dimensions. Available in G1/8, G1/4 and G3/8 port sizes, it provides large flow capacity and short change-over times for maximum productivity, with a low change-over pressure for fast, efficient response. Designed to operate at pressures up to 10 bar in temperatures from -10°C to +50°C, the range is built around a robust anodised-aluminium valve body with die-cast end covers and a polished bore for maximum flow capacity and long life. A wear-compensating dynamic bi-directional spool seal expands radially under pressure to maintain sealing contact with the valve bore, reducing friction and giving lower pilot pressures, fast response and reduced wear. Valves do not require lubrication in operation but can be installed in lubricated systems. The range is rust- and corrosion-resistant, with smooth dirt-free dimensions, and complies with the EU Machinery Directive standards EN292-2 and EN983 for component reliability. Flexible installation options include manifold bars (2 to 14 valves) for common supply/exhaust ducts, and pressure bars for common primary air supply with optional restrictor-silencers for individual cylinder/air-motor speed adjustment.
