Air Preparation (FRL)

Parker’s air preparation units (FRL: Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator) ensure clean, controlled, and efficient compressed air for pneumatic systems. Designed to remove contaminants, regulate pressure, and provide necessary lubrication, Our Parker’s FRL solutions enhance system performance and longevity. The offering includes modular, high-flow, and precision air treatment options for industrial and automation applications.

Size: 1/4" to 1" BSP, and 1-1/2" on P3Y via the P3YKA port block. - Temperature: -40°C to +65.5°C across the range; on any unit with a bowl the bowl sets the limit, not the body. - Application: filtration, regulation and lubrication of compressed air at the point of use — modular Global FRL (P31/P32/P33), high-flow P3Y, and Prep Air II mini. - Media: compressed air; lubricators deliver compressed air with oil mist. - Pressure: 10 bar with a polycarbonate bowl, 17 bar with a metal bowl, 17.5 bar on P3Y; regulators take 20 bar max supply.
