82 Series - Push On Field Attachable

Parker 82 Series fittings are reusable, field-attachable fittings designed for use with Parker Push-Lok hoses in low-pressure applications. With no crimping required, these fittings offer quick, secure, and leak-free connections ideal for maintenance, repair, and assembly work. Available in a range of configurations and materials, 82 Series fittings provide reliable performance in industrial, automotive, and pneumatic systems.

Size: -4 to -16 (6.3 to 25 mm hose bore). - Temperature: set by the hose — Parker 801 Push-Lok, -40°C to +125°C. - Application: field-attachable push-on hose ends; no crimping equipment required. - Media: rated by the hose; O-ring ends are not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. - Pressure: rated by the hose — 801 Push-Lok 14 to 24 bar, falling with bore. Parker Catalog 4400 publishes no separate fitting pressure: the fitting rating must equal or exceed the hose (pp. 81, 121)
