Overview
The Enidine ECO S Series are short-stroke versions of the non-adjustable, self-compensating ECO hydraulic shock absorbers, giving the same thread size and energy capacity in a shorter body where mounting space is limited.
Enidine ECO S 25 MC-2B (part number NM238432): M14 x 1.5 thread (metric coarse thread), 12.7 mm stroke, up to 24 Nm per cycle, 44 Nm/cycle emergency maximum, 37 400 Nm/h, maximum reaction force 2 800 N, maximum propelling force 890 N, mass 68 g. Damping constant -2: the orifice number sets the velocity range the unit is optimised for — select it from the ECO sizing curves by effective weight and impact velocity. Supplied with a steel cushion button (B suffix) on the piston rod. One hex jam nut is included with every shock absorber; flanges, stop collars, side-load adaptors and urethane striker caps are available as accessories.
Typical applications: Deceleration of moving loads — factory automation, packaging, material handling.
