The Parker Legris Cleanfit LF6800 is a straight stud fitting designed to connect 8 mm tubing to 1/4" BSPP male ports in pharmaceutical and breathing air applications. This push-to-connect fitting provides secure, leak-free connections without requiring tools or thread sealant, making it ideal for process air systems where simplicity and reliability are essential.
Constructed from brass with FDA-approved chemical nickel plating, the body resists corrosion whilst maintaining compatibility with food-grade and pharmaceutical environments. The stainless steel gripping ring ensures consistent hold-down force across repeated connect-disconnect cycles, whilst the EPDM seal material guarantees performance across the operating range of -10 °C to 95 °C. This fitting meets EN 12021 specifications for breathing air purity, confirming suitability for compressed air systems where particulate and oil contamination must remain below 0.1 mg/m³.
