Overview
The Parker Legris LIQUIfit® 16mm–12mm tube-to-tube union tee is a push-in fitting designed for low-pressure pneumatic and inert gas applications in semiconductor manufacturing and related industries.
This tee connector simplifies manifold assembly and system reconfiguration by enabling tool-free installation and reliable connections without the need for wrenches or thread sealant. The fitting accommodates 16 mm and 12 mm tubing in a compact three-way configuration, making it ideal for instrument air lines, vacuum distribution systems, and process gas handling where space is constrained and frequent maintenance access is required. Constructed from bio-based polymer with stainless steel gripping rings and EPDM seals, the fitting operates continuously at pressures up to 145 psi and vacuum levels down to 755 mm-Hg, maintaining performance across the industrial temperature range of –20 °C to 158 °F.
